Girl with Kudu Horns
My husband and I went to Zambia for our honeymoon. It was the most amazing trip ever. We were in the air 24 hours just to get there. Omaha - Chicago - Heathrow - Nairobi - Harare - Lusaka! Each day we woke up at 5 am, had breakfast and then went for our morning safari drive. Each night we also had sundowners out in the bush with our favorite cocktails, then scouted to night game. The animals we saw were incredible and breath taking. I especially fell in love with the kudu. I hadn't heard of a kudu before this trip. This is my first drawing of my girl after being influenced by this African trip. Look for more, she had a blast traveling in the southern Luwanga region.
